This document provides instructions for setting up notebook pages from 92-99. Students are to cut out questions from chapters 1-4 and glue them below the corresponding definitions on page 92. They will then repeat this process to set up pages 93, 95, 97, and 98-99, gluing questions below definitions without concern for order. Students are asked to take a picture of each completed page to upload for a classwork grade.

notebooks like

2. This week you will
work to complete the
set-up, and your
pages from 92-99 will
look like this.

3. ATTENTION: DO NOT CUT ANYTHING UNTIL
YOU HAVE SEEN ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS
CONTAINED IN THIS SLIDE SHOW!

4. On Thursday you
received this stack of
papers. If you were
absent, there is a link
in the email that your
parents received to
open and print the
documents.

5. Open to page 92 in
your notebook. Cut
out the questions
from Chapters 1-4
using the bold lines.
Notice that there is a
blank square still
attached to each
question.

6. Fold each question in
half.

7. Glue them below the
definitions for
Chapters1-4. The
order that they are
glued on the page is
not important.

8. Set up the remainder of the pages in the same
way. The order in which you place the
questions is insignificant.

Chapters 15-20 on page 98-99

9. As you complete each page, take a picture of it
with the definition foldable open so that I can
see that you have all of your definitions in place.
There will be a place for you to upload the
images for each page in Google Classroom.
This will count as your first reading classwork
grade for the new quarter.
