Stock had fallen by 47% from all time high level. In this fall it had retraced to 61.8% of earlier rise from 119 to
387. As per change of polarity concept earlier resistance point acted as support level and stock had bounced
from confluence level.
On a broader scale, on daily chart, it had formed “Inverted Head & Shoulder” pattern which is positive
development on chart.
After breakout from neckline it had again retraced to neckline level, coincidently it had entered into bullish gap
area which is potential support for stock.
Stock had crossed its long term moving average 200 DMA and on daily chart it had formed “Twizzer Bottom”
which validates potential of bullish gap area.
Based on the mentioned technical set up we believe stock could reach towards 350 levels in few trading
sessions.
