Bajaj Auto Limited is an Indian two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturing company. Bajaj Auto
manufactures and sells motorcycles, scooters, auto rickshaws and most recently, cars. Bajaj Auto is a
part of the Bajaj Group.
Bajaj Auto is the world's sixth-largest manufacturer of motorcycles and the fourth-largest in India. It is
the world’s largest three-wheeler manufacturer as well as it is India’s largest exporter of motorcycles
and three-wheelers. Bajaj Auto’s exports accounted for approx. 35% of its total sales. 47% of its
exports are made to Africa.
Bajaj Auto has a distribution network of 485 dealers and over 1,600 authorised services centres. It has
171 exclusive dealers for the three–wheeler segment .It has total 3750 rural outlets in rural areas.
The Bajaj brand is well–known across several countries in Latin America, Africa, Middle East, South
and South East Asia. It has a distribution network in 50 countries with a dominant presence in Sri
Lanka, Colombia, Bangladesh, Mexico, Central America, Peru and Egypt.
Technical Outlook
On daily chart, recently stock has taken support of its “Multiple support line” from where it gave
bounce back several times in past, which shows similar bounce back can be seen in next few trading
session.
Moreover, stock has formed “Bullish Hammer” candlestick near to multiple support line, which is
bullish reversal sign and indicating for upside momentum.
Apart from this, stock has taken major support at level 2155 which is 38.20% Fibonacci retracement
level of its recent bull run from 1360 to 2644.
Momentum indicator RSI reading is at 40.36, has just come from its oversold territory with positive
crossover, indicating for positive breath in stock to move upside.
Based on the mentioned technical setup we believe the stock could reach towards 2600 levels in few
sessions.
