Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.

that I have really explored them I think it is hard to go about our day and not do something that

Conservation of energy is...TE = PE + KE + WE; where total energy is made up of potential
energy, kinetic energy, and work energy. Your total energy is conserved while walking. The
potential energy is the biochemical potential of your muscles and frame, which is converted by
work into kinetic energy, which is the walking part. From a standing still point you need TE to
total energy to push off with your foot. You need that force because the 1st law says your body is
lazy and won't move unless pushed. But once you get going you can reduce that force a bit
because his law also says once you get going your body wants to keep going. In fact, if you want to
stop, you'll need to exert some force to do that.
The force to stop comes from the static friction of your foot or shoe against the bottom material it
is on, such as a floor or cement outside. That creates the opposite reaction of Newton's third law
and as that force pushes you forward. While the forward momentum is going on you also have
the force of gravity to deal with as well as keeping your balance. I looked into the physics of the
eye itself and into corrective lenses because I wear glasses. The human eye is a very complex

collider scenarios, including the ILC, CEPC, FCC–ee and a muon collider. As an active junior

commonly became known as Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle. We have the illusion that position
and momentum can co–exist in large objects whose inherent action is huge compared to subatomic
particles. Heisenberg realized that the uncertainty relations had profound implications. Heisenberg
set himself to the task of finding the new quantum mechanics to explain what his theories observed.
He relied on what can be observed, namely the light emitted and absorbed by the atoms. By July
1925, Heisenberg wrote his answer in a paper. The basic idea of Heisenberg's paper was to get rid
of the orbits in atoms and to arrive at new mechanical equations. Heisenberg's approached focused
mainly on the particle nature of electrons. The mathematics Heisenberg used were tables commonly

As for the golf industry there is the issue of everybody wanting to hit the ball farther, and the golf
companies keep putting out new clubs that allow this to be possible. So I really think that the golf
companies will continue to hover around the upper limit COR of .83 for drivers because there is
still a really high demand for drivers that hit the ball a long way. For pole–vaulting I see no issue in
the near future. It will be exciting to see the new advances made to the poles and to see how high
the athletes can get. As for the new sciences in the three articles I really learned a lot. I learned
what the trampoline effect was and how it ties into more than just one sport. I learned what the
coefficient of restitution was and how it affects the flight of a golf ball. I also learned what strain
energy was and how it applies to stored energy. But most importantly I think, is that I learned that
without the understanding of physics none of these sports would be organized or be able to make
the advances that it has over the years.
When it comes down to it everybody is affected by physics in sports. If there are rules and
regulations put on products then the producers are affected greatly. The consumers are always
affected by what the producers put out for them to have. If they are educated on the physics of the

My research on supersymmetry~(SUSY) includes DM physics in conjunction with Higgs boson,
SUSY particle searches in scenarios such as compressed spectra, stealthy SUSY and displaced
SUSY with long–lived particles, as well as using the Higgs bosons as portals to SUSY particles.
Moreover, I am experienced and interested in QCD and Jet observables at colliders in both traditional
kinematics construction and Machine Learning methods. Furthermore, my research in studies of
general resonances also stands out, such as colored resonances, $tbar t$ resonances, $Z^prime$ and
$W^prime$ through assorted asymmetries and electroweak radiation observables.
Currently, I have pioneered in using unconventional on–shell interference effects to between signals
and background amplitudes to probe new physics. I have identified several critical processes at the
LHC and found these interesting on–shell interference effects not only an essential component of the
precision programs but also unique probes for BSM physics. What's more, I am working on using
angular distributions in boosted $tbar t$ system at the LHC and proposing new searches for exotic
