2. Denim is one of the most favourite textile for jackets, jeans, tops and any
clothing types. Denim never goes wrong. That is one of the reason why I really love
any denim materials. I am such a denim jacket lover. I collect more than 10 denim
jackets in my wardrobe. I like to wear denim jeans too! However, I prefer to wear a
short one or skirt rather than the long jeans. Seeing that I have too many clothes
that was made from denim materials…
I am curious what people do when they are no longer use their denim things
again? As some of my clothes do not fit anymore since I moved to Melbourne
3. When I was in Bali and I was on my way home, I found this masterpiece shop! It is
Jalangkara! What a miracle! I found a shop where they recycled unused denim materials!
I came in to this shop and see...
5. I saw that guy who is called Komang. He is one of the worker in Jalangkara.
He did a magic where he turns unused denim jeans to something useful!
A DENIM BAG!
YES!
6. Besides denim, Jalangkara also recycled rice and canvas sacks. They got all
those materials from some denim companies that have rejected or failed products
and from some people who are willing to donate their unused denim materials.
Komang and his friends channelling their creativity through those materials. They
painted the rice and canvas sacks to make the denim bag looks more beautiful.

8. Thus, Komang and his friends have attracted my attention. I went back
home and take all my unused denim clothes. I donated all my unused denims to
them. As in return, they gave me a free bag. I am so happy!
Finally, I know a place where I can donate my unused denims and all their
products are good! I bought a small bag and I use it as my make-up bag. I would
love to come to this place again and help them to paint the recycled canvas!
