This document summarizes an energy benchmarking analysis of two paper supply stores. Key findings include: 1) Phoenix store uses more energy per square foot than Tempe store and benchmarks. Both could benefit from changing lights from 32W to 28W bulbs. 2) Switching bulb types would save an estimated $709 annually for Phoenix and $432 for Tempe, with a payback period of 2-2.5 years. 3) Actual savings after the change were greater at $2,019 for Phoenix and $1,378 for Tempe, achieving a return on investment in under 12 months for both stores.
