After 8 years in the Seattle market in the same location we determined a move to a building with less square footage would increase profitability and our competitive advantage. The move was completed over five days; on time and below budget. After six months this location is already performing at previous year levels and net income is up 43.5%

below freezing temperature of 30 degrees.

Days 3 & 4

14. Seattle | Day 3 Starts at 7:00 am with the pouring
of the ramp and construction of retail section.

15. Seattle | Product comes over quickly from the old
location and put away continues.

16. Seattle | Lunch brings a break from the action.

17. Seattle | After a much needed break stocking
resumes.

18. Seattle |Day 3 concludes with still much to do the
next day.

19. Seattle | Day 4 Starts at 7:00 am with mainly
backstock and the retail area to be stocked.

20. Seattle | At the end of day 4 there is still much to
be done, but the phone and data lines have been
transferred to the new location and customers
begin shopping.

And there is still product to be put away.
