To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the great privilege of getting to know Phil Kassel over the past five years.
I first met Phil in the distant learning program offered through Knox Seminary. Phil
was an exceptionally diligent and conscientious student who consistently put his
best efforts into every course I facilitated.
I have since had the privilege of broadening the relationship with Phil to come
alongside him in his role as lead pastor of Grace Family Fellowship. The excellence
that I first witnessed in the online classroom I have now seen firsthand in laboring
with him in a shared ministry setting.
Phil possesses a rare combination of leadership skills that are firmly anchored in
trustworthiness, integrity, and honesty. His skill range includes not only
competence in planning, goal setting, and management, but also the rare ability to
perceive the best placement of personnel to achieve maximum results in an
organization. Phil also has a unique ability to anticipate problems and the
preventive measures required to keep them from becoming crises. However, if a
crisis develops, he has the character, patience, and temperament essential to dealing
with them and preventing them from paralyzing progress. Phil is a quick study, and
he has brought his CEO level skill set effectively to his work in the ministry.
I cannot give a higher recommendation of a leader for your consideration than Mr.
Phil Kassel. Should you have any further questions, you may email me at
