How to get started with the PetCloud Platform

2. Creating Services

3. To create a new service, click the New Services Button located in the Services tab

4. Name the service (e.g. 20 min dog walk), set a price, duration, select the service type, and save

5. The created service will appear listed under the Services tab.
You can add as more services by repeating the process and edit/delete services as needed.

6. Creating Staff

7. To add a staff member, click the New Staff button located under the Staff tab

8. Assign a user type to the staff member, fill out the details and save.
The email will act as the staff’s login on both the walker app and website

9. Creating Customers & Pets

10. To manually create customer, click the New Customer button under the Customers tab

11. Fill out the customer details, assign a staff member and save.
The email will act as the customer’s login information

12. To add pets to a customer, you must click on the specific customer in the Customers tab and the Pets sub
tab

13. Fill out the pet details and save

14. Pets will be listed under the Pets sub tab within the Customer profile

15. Creating Appointments

16. To manually create an appointment, click the New Requests button

17. Fill out the appointment details and save
You can also create a repeating schedule by clicking Repeat Appointment and filling out the

18. All appointment requests will be listed under the Booking Requests tab
Confirm or Reject a booking and an email will be automatically sent to both the walker and customer

19. The assigned appointment will display on the staff’s individual calendar
