WHO I AM & WHAT I STAND FOR
Integrity is the most important word in my vocabulary; it engenders Customer
Loyalty and Longevity. It will ensure that I am always welcomed by my
Customer-base. Principles in which I try to engage with my colleagues are
that Profitability is resultant from Quality and Customer Satisfaction
I am, first and foremost, a Communicator, hence my multi-lingual capability. I
perceive and persuade and read a situation well, before tailoring my
approach. I am equally comfortable negotiating with a Production Operative,
as I am with an Applications Engineer, as I am with a boardroom full of
Company Executives – all of whom have the power to influence partnerships
Communication is key. Definition and focus upon Core Competence, my own
and that of my business, will ensure Added Customer Value. I am Customer-
focused and Margin-driven and believe that Profitability is a benefit to be
enjoyed by my Colleagues, my Customers and my Suppliers, financially or
otherwise
I will take calculated risks in pursuit of my profitable objectives. Employee
Engagement is critical in driving any business forward and will allow for
Quality of Product, of Service and of all that we might deliver – on time.
Innovation and Investment, self-financing ideally, will drive Growth and
Strategy and allow for a distinction versus the competition
I am an accomplished Manager of all Assets, People being the single-most
important of these. I motivate because I lead by example
I am competent globally and culturally. I set a high ‘Brand Value’ bar. I have
turned-around failing businesses by surrounding myself with right people in
right places. I am more ‘Sales-Up’ than I am ‘Cost-Down’. I build credible,
purposeful, long-standing relationships
