Harriet Fagerholm became frustrated in her previous job as a teacher who was expected to have all the answers. This led her to explore more collaborative learning methods and action research, which introduced her to the concept of co-creation. Her personal growth journey towards becoming a co-creative process practitioner included overcoming challenges through skills learned from collaborative teaching experiences. These skills helped her manage a major life crisis and gain trust in people's innate capacity for learning. She now shares insights about co-creation through workshops aiming to create a more sustainable, conscious lifestyle.
