Let’s Welcome
Nickle LaMoreaux currently leads IBM’s worldwide Compensation &
Benefits function based in Armonk, NY. In this role, Nickle has
responsibility across 172 countries for design and deployment of all
compensation and benefits programs. She is also responsible for the HR
activities associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to this role, Nickle was Vice President, Human Resources for IBM’s
worldwide Software division based in Somers, NY. She has also served as
HR leader for IBM’s Growth Markets Unit and Asia Pacific based in
Shanghai, China. Nickle has more than 15 years of Human Resource
experience in areas such as compensation, learning, and recruitment.
She has also held several HR generalist positions supporting various
business segments. In these roles, she led HR initiatives focused on
growing the business through leadership development, talent acquisition,
performance management, and skill building.
Nickle joined IBM in 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial
and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a Masters of Business
Administration from Duke University. Outside of work, Nickle enjoys
spending time with her husband, Peter and their three children, Kennedy,
Colin and Cameron.
