3. To find out Weak Areas and to apply the improvements (training, motivation etc.)
4. To make sure that I'll never fall in PIP.
5. Using the Strengths in best manner.
6. Spread my knowledge among our team to generate more revenue.

8. In April'15 want to be Team Leader handling 5 BAs.
9. To increase the RPH on monthly basis to qualify International Trip.
10. Get Selected in SET team & help in sharing my views/ideas to be
implemented towards the achievement of company's Vision/Mission.
11. To Focus more on Business Development through Customer
Satisfaction.
