Verify Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) documentation and
updated it were necessary for the Business Continuity side of the business.
Create and train a crisis management team and as well as creating a functioning
call to arms using phones or Blackberries for use in a disaster notifications. Bring
leadership together for decisions for all incident that could potentially devastate
the company. Set up and monitored a disaster recovery exercise for the whole
company including all business units and IT recovery offsite at the contracted
recovery vendor.

downtime during testing process, negotiating with hot site to schedule optimal
testing times 6 times per year • Maintained up-to-date knowledge base with
teams on all new and emerging technologies

(ITIL) standard into ongoing support • Designed recovery packet process
including recovery strategies for Business Continuity tiers, and subsequently
