Christianity began in 30 CE in Palestine with Jesus Christ as its founder. It later spread worldwide and developed branches such as Catholicism and Protestantism. Major beliefs include that the Bible tells the story of Christianity and outlines rules like the Ten Commandments. Jesus Christ is considered the son of God and savior who cured people and was crucified but resurrected on Easter. God forgives human sins through sacraments like baptism.

2. Origins of Christianity
❖ Where Christianity began was in the year of 30 C.E.
❖ Where it began was in Palestine, Israel, and the founder
of the religion is Jesus Christ, the son of God.

3. Christianity in the modern day
❖ Later on in years the religion has become now
worldwide. And Christianity as now grown into different
branches of religion like Roman Catholicism, orthodoxy,
and Protestant.
❖ Our church's are also worldwide and we celebrate the
holy days of Jesus Christ like Christmas, Jesus's
birthday, Easter, The resurrection of Jesus. And St.
Patrick's. Where Jesus is a saint

The holy bible is a book about the whole
religion of Christianity it tells you about
the origins of how this religion happened.
The 10 commandments is in the Holy
Bible and it's basically a contract on what
not to do like example is not putting
Gods name in vein.

5. Jesus Christ

of God in the Christianity
religion.
❖ Jesus Christ is known as the
savior of everyone that believes
in him. Back in 30 A.C. He
cured the sick and everyone
believed.

and was hung up on a cross
(the symbol) and on Easter he
was resurrected.

6. God forgives sins
& sacrament
In the religion, God forgives the human
sins. Us humans we do sins but God has
forgiven us for what we do.
God excepts forgiving by sacraments.
Sacraments are consisting a visible sign
of invisible grace. Example would be
baptism and marriage.
