He is co-founder of NEVEQ I and II, two institutional VC funds, Neo Ventures and Empact Fund. Pavel backed over 30 startups and exited successfully 10 of them. Pavel graduated with honors from Northeastern University, studied French at the Sorbonne and neuroscience at Vrije University.
