• Provided test support during new product development, including researching and
resolving discrepancies between old and the new test systems; this ensured product
quality and, later, also decreased factory process time.
• Failure analysis tests for design evaluation and factory screening test development. Set
up tests (hardware, software, scripts), monitor progress, trouble shoot, analyze data,
write and present reports. Diagnosed and implemented correction to test process
eliminating majority of test sample damage.
• Trained engineers, technicians in operation of new test system. Guided test technicians
in troubleshooting.

recording head test equipment for development teams for product reliability.

tester correlation, and Statistical Process Control.
