(57) Abstract :
The present invention provides compositions and processes for preparing metallic ions for deposition on and/or into conductive
substrates, such as metals, to substantially eliminate friction from metal to metal contact. It is used in the aqueous embodiment to form
new metal surfaces on all metal substrates. The processes form stable aqueous solutions of metal and metalloid ions that can be
adsorbed or absorbed on and/or into conductive substrates. The aqueous solutions consist of ammonium alkali metal phosphate salts,
and/or ammonium alkali metal sulfate salts mixed with a water soluble metal or metalloid salt from Group I through Group VIII of the
periodic table of elements. The aqueous solutions allow for a nano deposition of the metal ions on and/or into the surfaces of
conductive substrates. The surfaces created by the deposited metal ions will provide metal passivation and substantially eliminate
friction in metal-to-metal contact without the use of hydrocarbon based lubricants.

(57) Abstract :
The custard apple is delicate and perishable fruit, susceptible to mechanical damage, physiological deterioration, water loss and decay.
Fruit being climacteric in nature, the biochemical changes in the fruit after harvest occur at a faster rate. The matured fruits ripe in
about 3 days at room temperature with characteristic dehiscence exposing the sweet pulp that turns discolored with easy infection. It is
a serious problem to keep holding the fruits intact to effect easy transportation over distance and time. Accordingly, the present
process was developed that entails the use of cactus ( Opuntia) mucilage blended with glycerol (2-5% w/w) as surface coating on the
fruit to effect extended storage life of the fruit up to 16 days without dehiscence and restoring to normal ripening after the storage
period, for regular sweet and flavored pulp. The process is eco-friendly and cactus mucilage is an edible coating without any fear of
toxicity.

(57) Abstract :
The candidate gene markers developed in the invention hold great promise in the development of high oil content Jatropha through
molecular breeding The invention provides an alternative to selection of high oil content Jatropha because any tissue of a particular
Jatropha genotype such as leaf, shoot, root, stem, flower etc. can be used to test whether the genotype is high or low in oil content in
the seeds. The candidate gene markers can be utilized in early and rapid selection of progenies from crosses done in a breeding
programme aimed at genetic improvement of Jatropha for high oil content. The biosynthesis and accumulation of oil in seeds is
largely influenced by the environmental conditions under which a particular Jatropha is grown, whereas the DNA markers developed
in the invention will be stable across environments and, therefore, more robust in the identification and genetic improvement of high
oil content trait in Jatropha.

(57) Abstract :
A communication system including two communication apparatuses is improved such that the possibility that a third party decrypts
the communication is reduced. A communication system includes first and second communication apparatuses, one of which encrypts
data to be transmitted and transmits the encrypted data to the other communication apparatus, which receives and decrypts the
encrypted data. Prior to the encryption, each communication apparatus divides the to-be-transmitted data every predetermined number
of bits to generate to-be-transmitted divided data. At this moment, each communication apparatus varies the number of bits of the to-
be-transmitted divided data, and mixes, into the to-be-transmitted divided data other than the one having the largest number of bits,
dummy data having the same number of bits as the to-be-transmitted divided data having the largest number of bits.

One subject of the present invention is a method of metalizing the surface of a substrate electrolessly, by spraying one more oxidation-
reduction solutions thereonto, which method is industriallizable, automatable, clean, multi-substrate and optimized in terms of
adhesion and decorative appearance. To achieve this, the method involves the following steps: a) physical or chemical treatment to
reduce the surface tension of the substrate before metallization; b) electroless metallization of the surface of the substrate treated in
step a), by spraying one or more oxidation-reduction solutions in the form of one or more aerosols thereonto; and c) formation of a top
coat on the metalized surface. Other subjects of the invention are the compact devices for implementing this method and the products
obtained, namely in particular: hollow glass flasks, especially for cosmetic use; automotive parts; parts for home electronics or for
aeronautics; and electronic parts such as conducting tracks, radio frequency label antennas or coatings for electromagnetic screening.

An exception dictionary creating device, an exception dictionary creating method and a program therefor that can create an exception
dictionary to obtain high voice recognition capability while reducing the size of the exception dictionary, as well as a voice
recognition device and a voice recognition program to recognize voice at a high recognition rate using the exception dictionary. To
achieve this, a text phonetic symbol conversion unit (21) of an exception dictionary creating device (10) generates converted phonetic
symbol examples by converting text strings in vocabulary list data (12) to phonetic symbol strings. A reduced recognition contribution
degree calculating unit (24) calculates the degree of contribution to reduced recognition when a converted phonetic symbol string and
the correct phonetic symbolstring do not match. An exception dictionary registration unit (41) registers text strings in the vocabulary
list data (12) and phonetic symbol strings with a high degree of contribution to reduced recognition in an exception dictionary (60) so
as not to exceed a data limit capacity represented by exception dictionary memory size condition (71).
