of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.
The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.

An ice-slurry making generator comprising: an inner shell having a depressant solution inlet to receive depressant solution from which
ice is to be made and has an ice-depressant slurry outlet to permit the egress of an ice -depressant slurry from the inner shell. The
machine further includes a refrigerant inlet, a refrigerant outlet and a spiral shape coil interconnecting the refrigerant inlet and the
refrigerant outlet to permit a flow of refrigerant through the heat exchange spiral shape coil to extract heat from the depressant
solution contacting the heat exchange surface. The refrigerant circuit is constituted by a spiral shape coil soldered around the outer
surface of inner shell to achieve maximum contact. A blade shaft assembly within the inner shell carries a plurality of blades each of
which is spring loaded in contact with the heat exchange inner surface (which is. polished with grinding to achieve smooth surface) of
the inner shell The blade assembly is mounted on a shaft which is rotatable by a motor to rotate the blades across the heat exchange
surface to remove ice crystals there from and inhibit the deposition of ice crystals on the heat exchange surface. This scraping action is
required to prevent the formation of an ice layer on the ice generator walls.

simple and innovative droplet generator wherein the liquid jet is broken into small droplets by multiple air jets. The simple stirring
mechanism has been provided to avoid clumping of the capsule as well as hardening the capsules. Integration of these units was done
to form a compact microencapsulator system which helps in providing highly efficient encapsulation system. The developed unit is a
simple, low-cost system which could be used for encapsulation of probiotics and prebiotics in food, probiotics in aquaculture and
poultry feed, immobilization of enzymes and immobilization for controlled release of pesticides, fertilizers as well as immobilization
of microbes for fermentation and bioprocessing.

antenna coefficient combinations based on strip signal segment timing. The wireless terminal determines an independent downlink

wireless terminal compares channel quality measurements and selects an antenna coefficient combination to be used during non-strip
signaling intervals obtaining very good antenna gain.

offset. In some cases, interpolation filter selection, offset computation, and/or refined motion estimation for a given unit may be

The present invention provides a method and system for managing MTC devices in a MTC network environment. In one embodiment,
