Pat Riley is the team president of the Miami Heat. He was born in 1945 in Rome, New York and raised in Schenectady, New York. Riley played in the NBA from 1967-1976 and then worked as a broadcaster and coach for the Lakers. He was the head coach of the Lakers, Knicks, and Heat, winning numerous championships. Riley has been the Heat's team president since 1995. As president, he manages operations and makes personnel decisions.
