This document provides examples of sentences in the present simple passive voice. The passive voice is formed using the verb "to be" plus the past participle of the main verb. For each example, an active sentence is given first followed by its equivalent passive form using "is/are + past participle". Some of the verbs used in the examples include invite, answer, apply, feed, garnish, hang, kick, make, and navigate.

9. The puppeteer makes puppets.
Puppets are made by the puppeteer.

10. Marina navigates the ship.
The ship is navigated by Marina.
