This document outlines 18 different types of paragraphs: opening, transitional, closing, argumentative, conceptual definition, chronological, descriptive, enumeration, explanatory, expository, narrative, comparative, cause-effect, deductive, inductive, conclusion, and lists the authors as Adriana Andrea Manrique, Nidia Esperanza Sossa, and Yenny Katherine Pachón R. It provides brief definitions or examples for each type of paragraph to explain their purpose and how they are structured within a document.

3. Opening paragraph

sometimes this paragraph is better to
leave it to the final. Among them are
synthesis, phrases interrogatives,
anecdotes and quotes.

from one idea to another in this type
of text you use expressions such as
therefore however despite etc.
You can also use diagrams or
conceptual maps

Summarizes the general sense of the
text was rounded giving full meaning,
sometimes you can offer any
conclusions based on the theme

that an opening paragraph.
