Pamela D. Weir has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and mental health services. She is currently the Lead Family Contact and Youth Engagement Specialist for Delaware's BEST Early Childhood Mental Health Grant Initiative, where she implements statewide strategies to help children and families with mental health challenges. Previously, she was the owner and director of a childcare center and held other roles providing advocacy, resources, and support for families. She has a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and an Associate's degree in Business Management, as well as various licenses and extensive training in early childhood development, mental health, and family support.
