Pamela D. Weir has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and mental health services. She is currently the Lead Family Contact and Youth Engagement Specialist for Delaware's BEST Early Childhood Mental Health Grant Initiative, where she implements statewide strategies to help children and families with mental health challenges.
