The Lamb of God Lutheran Church has partnered with Feeding America to launch a community food bank called Open Hands Community Food Pantry. The food bank provides food to over 45 families in the local community. It is located on the church's campus and is open on Tuesdays from 5-7pm. Those who coordinate the food bank see many different types of people in need, including those with medical issues, the elderly, former inmates, and migrant workers. The church community has been supportive by donating food and volunteers help distribute food. The food bank relies on donations to support families' food needs.
