This document provides announcements for events and activities at First Baptist Church for the month of July and August 2010. It includes notices for ladies river walks, collecting paper for recycling to help pay the mortgage, hosting weddings and graduation open houses in the church facility, camp scholarships, a wedding invitation, leaders meeting, serving at weddings, monthly bowling nights, needs for the food pantry, a fundraising renovation race, and a concert featuring the Birdsong Family.

3. Ladies River Walk Ladies—it’s time to get out your walking shoes! Ladies River Walk—every Tuesday through Friday at 10:00am. See you at the Stagecoach.

4. FBC Paper Gator Don’t forget to feed our “Paper Gator” and help pay down our mortgage. All kinds of paper, books, magazines and lightweight cardboard.

5. If you would like to use the church facility for an event, please contact the church office and fill out the church use form. If you have a graduating senior and you are planning an open house, please contact the church office with your information so we can include it in our summer event schedule. Thank you for your help.

6. Lost and Found Bibles are now located on the shelves in the back entrance. Check to see if you or your children have one there.

7. Camp Scholarships We are in need of $559 to pay for the rest of the Camp Scholarships this Summer. Drop your gifts in the offering in an envelope labeled “Camp Scholarship”

8. Wedding Invitation The FBC family is invited to attend the wedding of Shanon Adams and James Paul on Saturday, August 7 at 2:00pm here at FBC with a reception to follow. Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you plan on attending the reception.

12. Food Pantry Needs Please purchase items from the Food Pantry info sheet at the Ministry Center.

13. LLBYC Renovation Race 2010 Saturday, August 28, 2010 Be a part of this fun and exciting fundraising event! See registration forms at the Welcome Center if you would like to participate.

14. Birdsong Concert! FBC will be hosting one last concert at Stagecoach Park in Middleville on Sunday, August 1 st at 6:00pm featuring the highly acclaimed Birdsong Family
