Since 1997 they have successfully recruited over 11,000 clients
and placed over 33,000 candidates. Providing the best recruitment

SF group have 4 state of the art offices, and operate in
Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham and Leceister.
The investment
Ignata was founded in 2011, as an investment platform for
specialist recruitment Businesses and was initially known as the
The invest/R Group.
Since then they have grown and become top 150 recruitment
companies in the UK- with 6 businesses in the group.
Ignata are unique in the professional service market because they
operate through a selection of Businesses, each one being a leader
in its chosen discipline.
What does a recruitment consultant do?
Recruitment consultants are responsible for attracting candidates,
screening candidates, interviewing them, doing background checks and
finally matching them to their clients in temporary or permanent
position.
Responsible for generating jobs and relationships with
clients/companies, ensuring we gather as much detail as possible about
the teams in the office, main points of contacts, how they interview and
what they look for in candidates/employees.
Recruitment consultants attract candidates by drafting advertisements
online, and through a range of media as well as by networking, head
hunting and through referrals.
My motivations to become a successful

Reaching and succeeding my targets (weekly KPI's)
• Driven to succeed, work over time to hit the target. The more clients you meet and
candidates you match to the right position, the more money that can be earned
• Motivated to earn money!

• Enjoy going out to meet my clients and candidates and building a relationship with

• Getting to know them in person, there work environment, what they do and there

• Being there to help and provide support for candidates from start of end
