Over the next four weeks, students will compare different religions using six categories: founder/venerated ancestor, God/deities/spirit, sacred texts/stories, salvation/enlightenment/afterlife, ethical systems, and rituals. For this week's activity, students will compare Hinduism and indigenous religions using these categories on a supplied chart. They will write a conclusion addressing the comparisons in each category and citing at least two credible sources. The goal is to compare diverse religious perspectives.
