MAZDA methodology for conceptualization of projects. 
It becomes necessary to elaborate that… 
1. All projects require in-depth analyses and evaluation of needs of individual promoters of 
projects, AS NO TWO PROJECTS ARE EVER ALIKE, ANYWHERE. 
2. Indeed we offer process equipment- our own and from our collaborators and associates. 
This is due to the fact that all equipment need not and can not come from the same 
sources, by virtue of specializations. 
3. Indeed we must look at Utilities requirements of projects and source equipment from 
specialists and proprietary equipment manufacturers. 
4. Indeed we must evaluate packaging of finished products and source equipment from 
specialists. 
5. ALL PROCESS EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS RESTRICT THEIR OFFERS TO WHAT 
THEY PRODUCE AND OFFER. THEY LIST ALL OTHER REQUISITES AS EXCLUSIONS. 
MAZDA DO NOT EXTEND SUCH INCOMPLETE OFFERS. 
Therefore, the activity for any project must cover ALL NEEDS before the first brick should be laid 
to set up a plant. 
MAZDA ensures that all issues are addressed and embodied in the CONCEPT leading to the 
PLANT DESIGN DOSSIER (PDD). This further leads to a clear AGENDA for the promoters to adopt 
and progress with their projects. Real costs are then known. 
With all requisites, including even OFFSITES requirements, viz. wastes disposal, Clean-in-place 
systems, maintenance aids, further treatments of effluents or wastes, thus form part of a PDD.

The promoters are then enabled to source all their needs from and via MAZDA , or order them 
wherever appropriate. 
MAZDA do not recommend starting with implementation of projects, before all of the above have 
been done. 
MAZDA do not subscribe to ill conceived projects as these necessarily invite problems with 
quality and performance.
