This document contains questions from an electronics and communication engineering exam on digital audio engineering. It has three parts:
Part A contains 10 short answer questions covering topics like sampling theorem, Nyquist rate, channel coding, digital audio broadcasting principles, compression techniques, interleaving, DAT data structure, optical disk types, SDMI, and sound cards.
Part B has 5 long answer questions, with choices, on sampling and reconstruction, PCM, lossless and perceptual coding with subband coding, MPEG compression standards, digital audio editor structure, and CD/MD disc construction.
Part C is a single long answer question with choices on block/convolution coding or editing with random access and recording media.
