This handbook is for our employees, partners and
customers to gain a better understanding of our
culture.Here you’ll find qhat do we believe in and what

Christoffer Omberg & Marius Røed
Wang drop out of their studies
and establish Oslo Business Forum
after attracting Sir Alex Ferguson
to their conference.
Although attracting several other
well known speakers such as
Øystein Spetalen, Hanne Kristin
Rodhe and Jan Grønbech, they are
only able to sell 3 tickets the first
week.
The founders choose to move
forward and hire 3 new employees.
The conference The Future of
Technology and Leadership is
launched and half of the tickets
sold after 1 week of sales.
Christoffer and Marius finally
attract 850 decision makers at
their first conference at Oslo
Concert Hall. After the conference
94% of attendees would
recommend Oslo Business Forum.

Norway’s largest webinar ever.
Over 12,000 people attend a live
webinar with Petter Stordalen.
The podcast concept De som
bygger det nye Norge med Silvija
Seres launched. With over 100
episodes and 60,000 monthly
downloads, it became Norway’s
most popular technology podcast.
The 4th conference: Leadership
in Changing Times attracts more
than 1,600 attendees, where new
concepts such as The Digital
Playground, a 2,000 square
meter partner exhibition area is
introduced.
Oslo Business Forum arranges
their biggest conference yet
with over 30 speakers and 3,000
attendees from all around the
world. President Barack Obama is
the main speaker.

Today we are a young team of 12. What we lack in experience,
we make up for in energy, creativity and effort. Diverse teams
perform better - and have more fun. We strongly encourage

Although attracting several other well known speakers such as Øystein Spetalen, Hanne Kristin Rodhe and Jan Grønbech, they are only able to sell 3 tickets the first week. The founders choose to move forward and hire 3 new employees. The conference The Future of Technology and Leadership is launched and half of the tickets sold after 1 week of sales. Christoffer and Marius finally attract 850 decision makers at their first conference at Oslo Concert Hall. After the conference 94% of attendees would recommend Oslo Business Forum. CULTURE CODE

The podcast concept De som bygger det nye Norge med Silvija Seres launched. With over 100 episodes and 60,000 monthly downloads, it became Norway’s most popular technology podcast. The 4th conference: Leadership in Changing Times attracts more than 1,600 attendees, where new concepts such as The Digital Playground, a 2,000 square meter partner exhibition area is introduced. Oslo Business Forum arranges their biggest conference yet with over 30 speakers and 3,000 attendees from all around the world. President Barack Obama is the main speaker. CULTURE CODE
