Middle East Oracle for major bank
We've been working with one of the world's largest investment banks as they
establish a new operation in the Middle East.
Initially, we were asked to provide information and research on the local oracle
recruitment market. This included salaries, cultural issues, employment compliance
and recruitment strategy. Then we were retained to fill the immediate vacancies for
their start-up operation.
Key directors and managers were successfully recruited from both the local market
