The case study B.R. Richardson Timber Products Corporation is all about a
lamination plant of B.R. Richardson Timber Products Corporation which is
located in Papoose, Oregon. According to the case study, it was determined
by the management of the B.R. Richardson Timber Products Corporation that
there was for an organizational change in the organization and for the same it
was decided to approach Jack Lawler who was a consultant and a
management trainer. There was an issue of low morale associated with the
lamination plan that needed to be addressed. Apart from this, there was one
more issue with the organization, and that was the authoritative plant
manager.

issues was the authoritative style of management. The management
