Organizational behavior is the study and application of how people act individually and in groups within organizations. There are four main forces - people, environment, structure, and technology - and four models - supportive, collegial, custodial, and autocratic - that affect organizational behavior. Organizational climate also influences behavior and can be healthy or unhealthy.
