Facts:
1. The appellant filed RTI application dated 26.03.2017 seeking information
on 2 points regarding listing of Curative Petition (Crl.) D. No. 41026 of 2016.
2. The CPIO responded on 03.05.2017. The appellant filed first appeal on
09.05.2017. The FAA responded on 06.06.2017. The appellant filed second
appeal on 09.06.2017 before the Commission.
Hearing:
3. Both the parties participated in the hearing personally. Mr. Ajay Agrawal
(CPIO) represented the respondent. Mr. Om Prakash (son of Late Smt. Asha
Rani Devi) stated that he had not received the notice of hearing. Further, he
was not prepared to present his case. Therefore, he requested the Commission
to adjourn the matter and the respondent agreed to it.
Discussion/ observation:
4. In view of the above, the matter is adjourned.
Decision:
2. 5. The Deputy Registrar is directed to fix a hearing in the matter after 30
days. Separate notice be issued to both the parties.
Copy of the order be given to the parties free of cost.

Hearing:
1. The matter is listed for further hearing in the matter. Earlier the matter
was heard on 16.1.2018.
2. The respondent along with Mr. Nischal Kumar Neeraj, Advocate
participated in the hearing personally. The appellant did not participate in the
hearing.
3. The appellant vide e-mail dated 8.3.2018 informed the Commission that
he had not received notice of hearing as on 8.3.2018. Therefore, he requested
the Commission to extend the date of hearing on 9.4.2018 or 10.4.2018.

4. In view of the above, the matter is adjourned.

5. The Deputy Registrar is directed to fix a hearing in the matter after 30
days. Separate notice be issued to both the parties. The notice of hearing
