Grievance Description
That the section 10 of Supreme Court of India has raised total three defects dated 10.09.2018,
13.09.2018 and 25.09.2018 against CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION.D.NO.32273 OF 2018.
Out of three, one is oral defects dated 13.09.2018. That in the second defect letter, registry stated that
upon re examination, it is found that the same is defective, 1. You are required to remove the
objectionable remarks planned judicial murder from the application, 2. You are required to remove the
objectionable remark regarding Honble Mr Justice Ranjan Gogoi on page 7, paragraph d. That the
petitioner has replied back that he WILL NOT remove because it contains constitutional validity and to be
decided by Honble Court. Registry may process the application as per Supreme court Rules 2013.
Hence, the petitioner has cured all the three defects diary no 130820 dated 11th September 2018,
second oral defects through email dated 19th September 2018 subsequently diary no 139633 dated 25th
September 2018 and third defects through email dated 25th September 2018 subsequently diary no
145664 dated 5th October 2018 through filing counter of supreme court of India. Now registry is not
responding over telephone honestly and file is missing. upon inquiry on 4th October 2018 file is not with
dealing assistant Mr Prytush, file is not with Branch Officer section 10 Ms Anju Bala Khurana, file is not
with Additional Registrar Mr. Manoj Sen, file is not with Registrar Mr. Anil Luxman Pansari and file is also
not with Secretary General Mr. Ravindra Maithani. Under the above circumstances Petitioner is seeking
urgent reply from the registry either positive or negative without wasting precious time of petitioner so
that he could take further decision against FREEDOM FROM FEAR 1. Whether the Criminal Appeal will
be registered or not 2. What action has been taken by the Registry against the Criminal Appeal Please
find enclosed true copy of Criminal Appeal M.A. D.NO. 32273 of 2018 under Order 15 Rule 5 of Supreme
Court Rule 2013 for your perusal and necessary action please.
