Heard on 17.9.14. Appellant present. Respondent is represented by none.
2. The appellant filed RTI application on 10.8.2012 seeking information with
regard to action taken on his complaint through 4 points. PIO gave point wise reply
on 28.8.2012 .Being unsatisfied with the information provided, the appellant
preferred First Appeal on 31.8.2012. FAA replied on 17.9.2012 upholding the order
of the CPIO. Being aggrieved, the appellant preferred Second Appeal before the
Commission.

2. 3. The Commission directs the PIO to provide information to the Appellant as
to what action has been taken on his complaint dt.7.2.12 and 3.5.12 within three
weeks of receipt of this order.
4. The appeal is disposed with the above direction.
