If Work @Home is not completed within 15 days (Validity Period), the assignment will beVoid and
consequently, theTeam Loyalty Commission will lapse of 16th Days.
IfWork @Home is not being completed for 30 days, your commission unique id becomes de-active and no
Credit of Loyalty Points until it is activated.
The activation charge is Rs. 500/-
76. It is the policy of Orbit Digital Media and/or Orbit9x or its other sister concern (i.e. “Company”) to conduct its affairs in strict compliance with the letter and
spirit of the law and to adhere to the highest principles of business ethics. Accordingly, all officers, employees, consultants and independent contractors or
vendors must avoid activities which are in conflict, or give the appearance of being in conflict, with these principles and with the interests of theCompany.
•Any exceptions must be reported to the CEO and MD of the Company and written approval for continuation must be obtained.
•Revealing confidential information to outsiders, or misusing confidential information. Unauthorized divulging of information is a violation of this policy
whether or not for personal gain and whether or not harm to the Company is intended.
•Unauthorized copying, dissemination or moving out of theCompany’s physical premises and/or the virtual premises (i.e. Cloud) and/or divulging of any
confidential data, trade secret, sensitive documents, Logo, privileged information in any form, format or media to any unauthorised person inter alia
regarding any compensation, monetary and/or non-monetary benefits, perquisites, terms and conditions, tender, bid, business deal, transaction etc. is a
violation of this policy, whether or not for personal gain and whether or not harm to the Company, employee, director, individual etc. is intended.
•TheCompany actively encourages involvement in professional organizations, panels, trade bodies, government committees, charitable and community
organizations. However, such involvement should not become so dominant that the concerned officer, employee or individual no longer effectively satisfies
his/her responsibility/duty/obligation to the Company.
•Initiating or approving any form of personal or social harassment of employees.
•Improperly using or disclosing to the Company any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer or other person or entity
with whom obligations of confidentiality exist.
•Unlawfully discussing prices, costs, customers, sales or markets with competing companies or their employees or agents or representatives or advisors.
•Making any unlawful agreement with distributors with respect to prices.
•Improperly using or authorizing the use of any inventions which are the subject of patent claims of any other person or entity.
•Engaging in any conduct which is not in the best interest of theCompany.
•Use of Company’s premises or property for personal gain or for any immoral or unlawful activities.
