Oporia Daniel holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Operations Management at Do
it Virtual University Kampala. With great exposure in NGO operations, Public
Relations and Media.
Daniel is self-starting, self-motivated, creative and innovative with a good command of
written and spoken English, possessing good communication, analytical, negotiation,
interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills. I have the ability to work as a team with
individuals from different backgrounds and for long hours to meet tight deadlines under
minimal supervision.

Program manager Aramita Development Foundation (ADEF) January 2015 to date.
My Role has been supporting the daily administrative and programme requirements of
ADEF. Supports staff to maintain the integrity and efficiency of ADEF.

 To manage and supervise programme staff in ADEF office
 Ensure timely implementation of all programme activities
 Develop periodical work plans and monitor implementation
 Oversee preparation and implementation of monitoring and evaluation strategy

 Identify potential donors and prepare fundable project proposals according to the
