This document provides sample language for donors to leave unrestricted funds or establish charitable funds through their wills or living trusts to support the Operation Noah's Ark Organization. The language appoints the Organization to manage investment and distribution of funds for general charitable purposes according to its bylaws. It establishes the Operation Noah's Ark as the recipient and manager of gifts and creates funds in the donor's name to support the Organization's charitable mission through income and/or principal distributions. The Organization agrees to reasonably compensate itself for fund management services and expenses from the funds.

2. THE UNRESTRICTED WILL FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSE
OPERATION NOAH’S ARK ORGANIZATION

hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same, to collect the income and to pay and
disburse the net income for general charitable uses and purposes, in accordance
with the provisions specified in the Articles of Incorporation creating the
organization, heretofore adopted by the Board of Governors of the Organization, all
of which provisions are hereby incorporated by reference and conclusively assented
to and adopted.
2. The fund hereby created shall be known as _____________________ (“Fund”).
3. Income [and/or principal] of the Fund shall be disbursed to support the charitable
purposes of the Operation Noah’s Ark Organization.
4. The Foundation shall charge the Fund to the extent sufficient for reasonable and
proper compensation for services and expenses.
