This document describes an open access books platform for publishing humanities and social science works. The platform aims to build an international catalogue accessible worldwide with editorial spaces for publishers and reading features like an online reader. It will have dissemination features and a publishing workflow. The platform is open to different economic models including freemium open access with free HTML content and premium services, as well as libre open access like gold, unglued, unlatched, and "left wing" open access. It aims to provide an inclusive and dynamic open access approach for all types of publishers.
