2. Why Open Source
"A vision of the universe, that tells us undeniably, how tiny, and
insignificant and how... rare, and precious we all are! A vision
that tells us that we belong to something that is greater then
ourselves, that we are not, that none of us are alone."

"Open source" is not the significant reason for "reuse", it must
provide standard to "make usage". "Object Oriented" is not the
way to "reuse", if there is no standard to communicate and
collaboration, there will be "reuse", how to make things "reuse",
there must be a standard.

Not only "program" is open, the "communication" and "data"
should be open, Even all the "usages" by users should open,
By using standard protocol, that different system can share
user data.
