5.  Online software hardware support system is a web software
system that is designed to control basic aspects of a company.
This decide to go web as to employee more easily by HOD.
 The goal of this project is to develop an online software
hardware support system keeping in mind the distributed
client server computing technology.

6. This problem deals with Employee and
Engineers which works under HOD. Under
this project complaint related to printer ,
scanner, PC etc. can be registered.
Employee will register his/her complaint to
the HOD directly. HOD will assign the
complaint to engineer who is relatively free
at that time. Engineer will have to take care
of that problem and after solving will update
the status.

 Status : -Employee can view the status of any
registered complaint with the help of complaint Id.
 Complain history : - Employee can view all the
