WORK EXPERIENCE
Project Exposure 1
Client : Volkswagen (India)
Project : NAS installation and monitoring tool deployment.
VW India is using external interfaces for exchanging OEM related ordering data for which the
job spooler has to execute automatically without any user intervention. The solution is achieved
using NAS running the Job spooler from the background. The main aim of this project is to
install and configure NAS for each Databases along with interface testing for automatic
execution of Job spooler.

Role Performed : Associate-Technical Consultant
Responsibilities : Responsibilities taken are listed below
1. Installation and configuration of NAS for individual databases.

2. Testing the NAS installation and Verifying the execution of job spooler automatically.
3. Aligning with customer regarding progress and addressing issues reported by customers.
4. Monitoring tool deployment along with pulling the report for data transferred from the
interface daily during the observation period.

Client : Incadea (India) – Internal
Project : Indian Localization on W1 Product (DMS).
This project aims in localizing our worldwide product to bring in Indian market specific features
and tax related calculations.
Responsibilities : Responsibilities taken are listed below.
1. Analysis for solution implementation.
2. Merging required solution from base which is identified as direct merge and related report
modifications for changes in calculation with the new fields to be added in the layout.
3. Impact Analysis.
4. Design and Development for implementing localization and tax related components for
modules specific for our product.

Client : Volkswagen (India)
Project : Commercial License deployment
This project is targeted to deployment of new Customer license and regularization of object
across all 150 dealers in VW (India). We were facing issue in support since the objects across
dealers were not consistent and hence it will challenging when new customization has to be
done to the customer. There was another issue where the customer License was to be created
deployed across all dealers in the database. The solution was achieved by creating blueprint
objects with all changes and deploying it across all dealers. Since there was also new
customer license created there was a challenge that renumbering of objects had to be done to
move the objects from development range to new customer range. Data had to be migrated as
well since this was done in live production databases. Hence a blueprint was created with all
consolidated customizations and renumbered objects. This process was done out of business
hours due to high impact and risk.
1. Interaction with the customer on daily basis for information of databases to be updated
and confirmation of the activity once done. Since this activity was done out of business
hours post confirmation of deployment the business will start using the database.
2. Preparation of blueprint of objects with renumbering.
3. Data backup before deployment process.
4. Deployment of objects to production databases along with data migration.
5. Design SQL queries for data transfer from backend to new renumbered tables from the old
one.

Project : Philippines Localization on W1 Product(DMS).

Project : Integrating new fields and enabling data flow for newly added fields(Core Product Change).
This Project is targeted on adding new fields to implement a business flow process. New fields
are added to tables and enabled in the pages for display. New setup Screens are enabled to
implement the appropriate process flow. Posting routines have been modified to enable flow of
new fields during posting and to implement new process flow. Related reports have been
modified to add the new fields to layout.

Project : Customization and Implementation of DMS product to suit Scania day to day operations.
This Project is targeted on Implementation of our DMS product for Scania motors and
customize the product to suit Scania operations. The customization includes additional process
implementation, Change in Financials, Integrating DMS with Scania external interfaces and
developing new customer facing documents according to new specifications provided.

3. Design technical solution for integration of interfaces and development. Mainly used to
integrate OEM billing systems with the DMS.
4. Development of all new customer facing documents (RDLC reports).
5. Development of export procedure module to integrate taxes and implement related
regulations in the system to comply with the legal requirements while exporting goods from
excisable warehouse.
6. Design of Statistical gross profit reports (export to excel) and development

Project : Incadea having their own product need to bring in legal requirements which are applicable to
India market which is required for dealer daily business. This includes the latest SBC and KKC
taxes introduced by Indian government.
Role Performed : Junior Developer
1. Analyze patch released by MS for the legal requirements.
2. Direct merge into NAV 2013 r2.
3. Down merge and redevelop the same solution to lower NAV Versions. Incadea Product
available in NAV 3.0, 5.0,2009 r2 versions also.
4. All re-engineering related analysis.
5. Delivery to the customer along with UAT to respective finance teams (Customer side).

6. Deployment to customer database and support for issues arising in the buffer period.
