An IDES system offers a quick and easy way to discover the world of SAP ERP
E-business solutions. Everyone can make test runs with IDES and experience the
benefits of an integrated, role-specific environment for themselves at first hand.
IDES systems are pre-configured installations of SAP components containing the
data and business processes of a fictitious company. These systems are used for
SAP training throughout the world and provide the ideal way of transferring know-
how at all levels – for consultants, project managers and system users.
Consolut, a consulting company provides us a free online SAP IDES system.
The company is a SAP Services Partner that has about 180 clients and is located
in Germany and Switzerland.
Creating a new online account
1. Go to: http://www.ides.consolut.eu/user_request Preferred (Firefox) or (Internet Explorer)
2. Fill the following form

3. 3. Click “EXECUTE” button
4. The following screen appears.
5. Click the OK button to receive an e-mail.
6. Access your mail to get your “User ID”.
NOTE:
You have to request your password daily, because it’s changed every day at 1.00 AM

4. 7. If you've already had a user ID, you need to request your password :
a. Go to http://www.ides.consolut.eu/user
b. It will redirect you to http://www.ides.consolut.eu/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/zwebgui
c. Fill the following form and click “EXECUTE”

5. 8. You’ll receive another mail which contains:
a. Login Information for ERP - Functional modules (ex: FI/CO – MM – PP – SD …etc )
b. Login Information for MiniSAP - ABAP Development
