A Day”, that could allow employees to be more

Day” within the organization to make them match
perfectly?
Goal
 « One learning a Day » is the priority for the company.
 It is strongly advised to participate to “One Learning A
Day”.
 It increases employee skills (cultural skills, business
strategy, languages, communication between
employees)
 It tightens the links between departments within the
company headquarters

To follow some online communication courses during the year in order to learn
how to communicate in a company.
Because the lack of communication between the employees and between the
different departments in companies are a serious problem.
Once a year all employees must participate to a “business game” (during an
annual week end where employees are invited by the company).

It requires the employees to be involved in the success of a business and work
together. Lets see if the current communication worked.

English courses are organised once a week, during lunch time and free of charge.
It is strongly advised to follow these courses for medium or bad language people.
An english test is held at the end of each year. All employees must achieve a
certain score or they will be forced to attend classes the following year.

 This requires employees to maintain a proper level language. And thus to enhance

the capabilities of employees, in order to have qualified employees.

This is in addition to current oral English courses once a week.
Opportunity to follow online courses in english but also for other languages.
Symbolic awards will be presented at the annual weekend to reward brave

Each person must register a group on the intranet. There are 3 groups, with
different themes.
Every 4 months, each group will organise in the company a day theme. ( for
example
organise a theme meal, a fancy day, an aperitif...).
People will have to work all together for this small event.

 Serious game

Once a year, the group have to present a short theater piece (during the famous
annual weekend).
People will have to create the theater piece and work all together on that project.

 To strengthens ties within the employees. Create a complicity that may be beneficial in
the business and labor.

Employees can borrow books online. Books for personal culture (history, novels,
business strategy, languages).
Once a year, people that borrow books must write a comment on the book they
want, thoughts, ... and this is published on the intranet so everyone can read it.
It shows the seriousness of the person. An award will be offered at the annual
weekend for the best comment.

-> It permits to open the employees minds.
Limits

 The compagny has to organise a week end every
year to permit all these games and awards
 Money spending
 It takes time
 Lack of interest of some employees
