Disney EYE-to-EYE is the premiere early employment program in the media
industry. Our state-of-the-art “curriculum” will serve as the bridge between an
Intern and a Full-Time Employee. Through exploration of the three core divisions
of Creative, Business, Management, prospective candidates will gain
horizontal exposure and identify their true fit within the company.
