THE DISNEY EYE-to-EYE PROGRAM
Disney EYE-to-EYE is the premiere early employment program in the media
industry. Our state-of-the-art “curriculum” will serve as the bridge between an
Intern and a Full-Time Employee. Through exploration of the three core divisions
of Creative, Business, Management, prospective candidates will gain
horizontal exposure and identify their true fit within the company.

Deploy data tracking and measurement tools to monitor consistent usability
of the app/web platform by UX team and improve product experience

Review percentage of successful intern to employee retention rate at the end
