It is a good idea to convert your living room into a lounge during this lockdown by placing some functional and elegant Amish living room furniture pieces like sofa (s), recliner, and comfortable chairs. This will not only bring in comfort, but also enhance the overall beauty of your room.

1. An Interior is the natural
projection of the soul.
~Coco Chanel~
2. Interior design is my passion.
I enjoy all aspects of the creative process and where possible try to be part of it in order to understand the ways
things are made, materials properties and their limitations.
I actively seek for ways to learn, grow and develop.
I believe that my skill set is invaluable in any design practice.
I am proficient in AutoCad and SketchUp and many other programs.
I can successfully translate my ideas onto 3d visualization which then can be made into
reality - evidence of which you will find in this portfolio.
I have selected projects showing of my design skill set.
From kitchen and bathroom and fitted furniture,
to reception area in a hotel and a winning board for a competition run by HOK and Gensler.
I am passionate about domestic and commercial projects.
My personal style could be described as minimalistic, Scandinavian at times with a hint of ‘hygge’.
I love to work with soft furnishings and fabrics. I like to play with different textures and patterns.
I am not afraid to use colours and like to experiment with proportions and scale.
Thank you for your interest in my portfolio

3. Project: Bathroom design for HPB Barnham Broom, Norfolk.
Detailed specification and implementation of the trial 9 rooms
set a template for rolling 3 year plan of refurbishment.
Communication and negotiation with varies suppliers,
contractors and site managers ensured timeless yet affordable
solution to the design.
4. I used grey and white metro tiles to separate the zones, the white grout
used between grey tiles brought everything together.
The pale grey paint and big mirrors add illusion of space.
Overall the design was very well received. The ease of cleaning and
maintenance was also highlighted.

6. This project was all about a big yellow Bertazzoni range cooker and
Astralis Blue granite. Customer wanted to achieve very modern
kitchen, with elements vibrant, contrasting elements in order to
express their personalities.
Project: 1950s house, Thorpe End, Norwich.
The moodboard is a perfect example of how I
like to present customer with a concept.
I included images of customer’s items and
ideas we’ve discussed and agreed on.
With addition of detailed AutoCad drawings
and itemised quotes, customer had no
problem to visualize the finished product!

8. Project: Gislingham, Grade II listed farm house.
The choices of materials were selected in a very sympathetic manner to
the property style and age. I designed custom made kitchen in shaker
style cabinets in F&B Purbeck Stone finish with a Fantastic White slab of
granite as worktop and upstands. We used ceramic butler sink and cream
fridge freezer by Smeg. The addition of the rainbow lights brought
colour, sense of fun and youth to the kitchen.
9. Project: German style kitchen, Norwich.
This kitchen was a very dark and
unorganized space. My design brightened
the entire space up with custom made
cabinets and gumtree veneer sourced
from London’s supplier. We used Philip
Stark tap, Siemens appliances and glass
splashbacks.
10. Project: Bedroom fitted furniture, Norwich.
To fit everything in a small bedroom can be a
challenge. I’ve suggested ‘flipping’ the room layout
around to achieve better use of the space.
I decided to add mirrors, used a light, soft palette of
colours (F&B) and introduced curves to cabinets in
order to increase the flow in the space.
We used silver polished door handles by Haffale.
11. Project: Modern, large extension, Norwich.
High-spec kitchen, including Nebula Silestone as
worktop and splashbacks and feature wall, Tom Dixon
lights, Miele ovens and coffee machines, etc.
12. Winner of Competition:
‘HOK and Gensler Olympic Media Centre.’

13. Project: reception area at HPB Lucker Hall,
Northumberland.
I designed, project managed and helped to install the
furniture on site. The partition wall is a laser cut sheet
of acrylic with custom made (cut and engraved) HPB
logo, also the front of reception desk is similarly laser
cut and engraved. The furniture was made in mixture of
Perspex, ash and pine. Doors were stained white wash
to match the nautical theme of the site.
14. My personal style and 3d and laser cut
projects.
My partner and I own a 3d printer and a laser
cutter. This allows us to create intricate objects
and designer pieces. I also like to experiment
with fabrics, I use sewing machine in my spare
time. My 2016 resolution was to create/design
something every day!
