1. The NSSP is a Special Program of the Royal Rangers
that supports the mission and purpose of Royal
Rangers while promoting a safe and rewarding
shooting sports experience for all.
2. The National Championships program provides boys and
leaders the opportunity to compete in competitions
with other rangers all across the country. Any Royal Rangers
leader or boy may participate. Results are tabulated each
year and winners receive a special certificate in recognition of
their accomplishments.

14. Spring Shooting Sports Camp
Open to 3rd-12th grades
Dates: 3rd week in March every year Thur-Sun
Location: Camp Adventure
Cost: $50
Shooting Sports Camp is for those who wish to learn about shooting sports. You
will learn firearm safety and marksmanship skills. There are four tracks to
choose from. Archery (3rd-12th grade), BB Gun (3rd-5th grade), Air Rifle (6th-12th
grade), Black Powder Rifle (6th-12th grade who have met prerequisite
requirements). They will also learn the process for participating in the Royal
Ranger Postal Shooting Events and the NRA/Winchester Marksmanship
Program
15. Shooting Sports Action Camp
Shooting Sports Action Camp (SSAC) is for those who wish to learn about
shooting sports. You will learn more advanced shooting in the Shotgun and
Smallbore Rifle disciplines, earning Smallbore Safety, Smallbore Shooting,
Shotgun Safety and Shotgun Shooting merits. You will also participate in NRA
sanctioned Postal Matches. You will also learn the process for participating in
the NRA/Winchester Marksmanship Program.
