2. The oil analysis is a very efficient tool in
monitoring equipment, however, the lack of
standardization of information is a difficult problem
to be solved because of several factors: Lack of
technical knowledge, change of staff, lack of
organization of operations and others.
With the intention of helping our customers to
solve this issue, we present an alternative
solution.
The principle is simple but it is necessary to
comply with certain steps:

equipment.
2. Inclusion of information in the database of bar code
reader.
3. Printing of high strength identification cards with bar
code, this card is PVC, which resists weathering.
4. Fix nameplates on equipment.
5. Train teams on: The procedures for the collection of
oils, the use of bar code reader and wireless portable
printer.
