offices. You will then
have to go through a
face-to-face interview
at the county office to
determine if you are
qualified.
How do we apply for SNAP?

    the page to find “Applications and other forms”, read the whole list for
    postal, fax, and in-person addresses. Click on “Request for Ohio Works
    First, Disability Financial Assistance, Refugee Cash, Food Assistance and
    Medical Assistance” Choose the form in your preferred language.

   programs that can help us get him the medical care he needs?
